The left side exhaust manifold on the 2001-2010 has a reduction in the manifold which restricts the front two cylinders exhaust exit. The new updated LML exhaust manifold is a full bore with no restrictions and is much cheaper than aftermarket versions of this driverside manifold found for as much as $310.00. It is not tapped for EGT like aftermarket manifolds are but for 200.00 you can tap it yourself before installation.
