The OEM Tie Rod sleeves on the front of the Duramax truck are inferior for drag racing, sled pulling, offroading and the stress put on them by lift kits and larger tires. The end result is they flex or bend causing toe in or toe out resulting in premature tire wear and possible loss of control when doing 4wd launches at the track. Made from solid 304 SS they will not rust to the Tie Rod. These Tie Rod sleeves are designed for racing and offroad use only.
