The Edge Pressure Senor is part of the Edge Accessory System (EAS) which is an expandable system used with the CS & CTS Insight monitors and Evo Tuners. This allows you to add parameters to monitor on your CS or CTS system such as fuel rail pressure, air bag pressure, boost pressure. The Edge Pressure Sensor plugs directly into the Univesal Sensor Input Sysytem (PN 98605). This allows you to plug in extra sensors to add paramters without cutting, splicing, crimping on wire terminals on your vehicles wiring. This saves installtion time and aggrivation typically experienced when installing typical gauges. Using the Edge Insight Monitor and the Edge Evo tuners you may add up to 16 additional parameters by adding EAS Universal Sensors (PN 98605). Each sensor will add 2 paramters the EAS system will take up to 9 Universal Sensors. To add temp sensors for Trans, Differential or Engine temperatures you need PN 98608 temp sensor which plugs right into the Universal Sensor Input System (PN 98605). With these sensors you can add fluid and air temp parameters to your EAS system.
