MadJack Racing Shipping Policy

Free shipping means we choose the shipper to ship your orders when they are at our cost. If you choose a specific shipper or service when ordering that may incure additional shipping charges for that shipper or service. If you want to have us charge your  UPS shipping account we can do that, please provide the account number in the remarks section of your order before clicking place order.

Please provide a commercial address when at all possible for ground shipping as we use United Parcel Service and rates are cheaper for Commercial rather than residential. This will help keep our prices as low as possible for you the customer. At our discresion we may use USPS Priority Mail and will use USPS for all smaller orders to Alaska.

We offer free shipping on orders 100.00 or more with some exceptions*. Free shipping is applicable to all 48 lower USA States. Our Canadian Customers we will need to add shipping based on weight. Our website already does that in most all cases except when you order a Dmax Maint Package. In that case we will add your shipping before we run your credit card or if you want to use PayPal please place your order and in the notes of the order let us know you want to pay with PayPal and we will send you a money request via Paypal or you may manually send your payment to our PayPal acct which is pay@madjacksynthetics.com.

 Exceptions are any order with oil products on them i.e. Allison maintenance package which includes 2 gallons of Trans fluid and will automatically add 14.75 freight surcharge to your order for shipping even if you are over 100.00 in items purchased. Each additional gallon will have an additional shipping charge of 3.75 added into the price on the drop down menu. Rate may change or surcharges may be added as shippers increase prices to us for shipping.
