Customer Satisfaction:

MadJack Racing Inc. (MJR) and MadJack Synthetics (MJS) strives to provide 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products that you’ve purchased, we will send you a refund. Just return any new or unused part to us within 30 days from the date it was shipped to you, and we will refund the full purchase price - (except for shipping charges which are not refundable).

Liability Clause:

*MadJack Racing Inc. and MadJack Synthetics or any of its suppliers are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages due to parts, products, and/or services provided. Many items available through this web site are intended for off road and/or closed course competiton only. Use of such products for street and on highway use may be illegal in your city, county, state or country and are the choice of the end user. MadJack Racing Inc. will not be liable or responsable for any damage, fines, fees and or loss of warranty to any vehicle or part due to illegal use and or installation of any parts or services bought from this web site,  MadJack Racing Inc. and its suppliers.

Ordering & Shipment:

*When ordering parts from our On-Line Store, you will be sent the exact items that you have ordered.  If the items are in stock, we can ship within 2 days. If the items are not in stock, the items will ship usually within 7-10 days. If you order the incorrect item, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us and will be refunded the full purchase price for parts only (except for shipping charges that are not refundable). If we need additional information from you, such as more detail for shipping purposes, we will contact you most likely by email. All orders within the state of California are taxable at 8.75%. All orders outside of California are non-taxable.  We do ship to our Canadian Customers. All Canadian orders will be paid in US dollars.  All domestic orders are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post, USPS 1st Class or USPS Priority Mail at the descretion of MadJack Racing Inc. when Madjack Racing is paying the shipping, to all states unless chosen by the customer. When a shipper is chosen by the customer all full shipping rates apply to that order. Shippers rates will apply to Alaska, Hawaii and International shipments will vary in shipping costs and will be quoted at time of order placement. If shipping costs are more than the web site charged for your order for whatever reason MadJack Racing Inc. reserves the right to add additional shipping charges to your purchase price or not ship your order until additional shipping charges are paid or negotiated.
